Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the central expert for the organization's timekeeping processes. You will support employees and managers, coordinate with HR and Payroll, and help ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Responsibilities include auditing system usage, assisting with approvals, training new users, and guiding system enhancements. The role requires strong communication and collaboration across multiple departments and regions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business, computer systems, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR practices experience.
• Knowledge of HR role and its impact on business operations.
• Ability to train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll interdependencies (US/CBAs).
• MS Office expertise with emphasis on Excel, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive timekeeping system support to employees and managers.
• Audit timekeeping usage for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll stakeholders on payroll updates and disputes.
• Update and distribute training materials for timekeeping systems.
• Grant timely access for new users and role transitions.
• Perform proxy setups to ensure uninterrupted service.
