Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an HRIS timekeeping SME to serve as the primary contact for employees and supervisors. You will ensure system integrity, coordinate with HR and Payroll, and guide users through timekeeping processes.

You will audit data, support payroll processing, update training materials, and manage access for new and existing users. This role requires strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with timekeeping systems and payroll processes.
• Strong communication with HR, payroll, and employees.
• Ability to train and guide users on system navigation.
• Knowledge of compliance rules and data integrity.
• Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Ryder timekeeping systems and support users.
• Auditing timekeeping data for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll on updates and issues.
• Maintain training materials and reference guides.
• Provide timely access and training for new and changing roles.
• Escalate complex issues to vendors or stakeholders.
