Job summary

AEVEX is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to own and optimize HR systems, primarily UKG, driving data integrity, reporting, and workflow automation. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and leaders to improve processes and enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires 4+ years in HRIS/HR operations, hands-on UKG experience, and strong analytical skills. AEVEX offers a robust benefits package and a mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HRIS/HR Operations or related field.
• Hands-on experience with multiple UKG modules (UKG Pro, WFM, HRSD).
• Experience with reporting tools (UKG BI, WFM Reporting, Power BI).
• Experience with system configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with workflow automation and process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or Business; HRIS/HR cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system owner for UKG, Greenhouse Onboarding and related HR systems.
• Design, build, and maintain HR workflows within HRSD, People Assist, and Document Manager.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Partner with People Ops to transition transactional work into scalable system solutions.
• Own HR reporting strategy, dashboards, metrics, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain reports using UKG People Analytics and Power BI.
