Job summary

• Own HR reporting strategy, dashboards and analytics.
• Configure and optimize UKG, onboarding, and related HR systems.
• Design workflows, automate HR processes, and manage access controls.
• Collaborate with People Ops, IT and Security on system changes.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
