You will design, configure, and optimize HR systems, partner with HR, IT, Security, and business leaders, and drive reporting, analytics, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• HRIS certification preferred (SHRM-CP/PHR).
• 4+ years in HRIS or HR operations.
• Hands-on UKG experience (modules listed).
• Experience with BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own HR reporting strategy, dashboards, and analytics.
• Configure and optimize UKG and related HR systems.
• Design HR workflows and automate processes in HRSD/Document Manager.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and leaders on system initiatives.
