Job summary

Centauri is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system and lead ongoing support and maintenance. You will serve as a subject-matter expert, ensuring data integrity, coordinating system upgrades, and generating complex reports for stakeholders.

The role requires deep Dayforce experience, strong analytics, and ability to collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ Dayforce experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/HR/IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in Ceridian Dayforce and Dayforce configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems, reporting and presentation.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word; proficiency in report writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system administrator and manage system configuration and upgrades.
• Act as a super-user for HRIS data entry, troubleshooting, and report generation.
• Design and build ad hoc complex reports and documents.
• Provide HRIS support for HR applications and production support for interfaces.
• Analyze data flows, ensure data integrity, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors and departments to meet HR data needs; document SOPs.
• Lead projects and implement HRIS-related changes and enhancements.
