Job summary

ROCKCREST is seeking an experienced HRIS Support Analyst to assist clients with HR technology needs, focusing on administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of leading HCM platforms.

The role involves partnering with clients to identify business needs, implement enhancements, and support HRIS across Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting. Strong client-facing skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, optimizing, or supporting HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now, UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Dayforce, Paycom, Paycor or Paylocity).
• Experience supporting HRIS across Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Talent, and Reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management processes.
• Experience troubleshooting HRIS issues, configuring systems, testing, and supporting end users.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high levels of client service.
• Previous consulting experience or experience supporting multiple client environments is a plus.

• Provide ongoing HRIS administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and functional support for client HCM environments.

• Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS functionality across Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Reporting.
• Support system testing, data validation, configuration changes, upgrades, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions while maintaining data integrity.
• Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support client success.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted HRIS support resource.

In this role, you'll partner directly with clients to provide ongoing HRIS administration, system support, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization across leading HCM platforms.

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in one or more of the following platforms: ADP Workforce Now, UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Dayforce, Paycom, Paycor, or Paylocity. The ideal candidate has strong functional HRIS knowledge and enjoys solving system challenges, improving processes, and helping organizations get more value from their HR technology.
