Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking an HRIS Support specialist in Bend, OR. You will assist HR systems users via phone and email, handle employee data updates, and ensure accuracy across Workday and UKG. The role involves on-going data maintenance, onboarding, and payroll change processing.

You will also contribute to documentation, support projects, and strive for data integrity while upholding confidentiality and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior admin support preferred.
• Experience with Workday and UKG is required.
• Strong data maintenance skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for Workday and LS Time applications.
• Review and approve HR data tasks in Workday ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain employee records, onboarding, and changes to payroll or schedules.
• Assist with basic HRIS-related projects and process improvements.
