Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking an HRIS Support professional to assist HR Systems users, review transactions in Workday and UKG, and maintain accurate employee data and timekeeping records.

You will handle phone and email inquiries, create help documentation, support onboarding, and ensure data integrity across compensation, schedules, and HR processes in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior administrative support experience.
• Experience in HR preferred; some experience with Workday and UKG required.
• Google Suite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Phone and Email User Support for Workday and LS Time applications.
• Process employee data changes: hiring, onboarding, pay changes, timecards.
• Review tasks for accuracy and approve updates in the system.
• Maintain knowledge of HR tech modules to support Workday and UKG.
• Assist in basic HRIS related projects and documentation.
