Job summary

Qualifications

• Project management skills to lead system upgrades and implementations.

Responsibilities

• HR Systems Management: be the go-to expert for UKG HRIS modules and maintain system functionality.
• Super-User & Project Lead: collaborate with internal teams and vendors on upgrades and new modules.
• Training & Support: develop training tools for new hires and provide ongoing end-user support.
• Data Reporting & Analytics: extract and analyze data to create meaningful reports for decision-making.
