Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bend, Oregon seeks an HRIS Support specialist to assist HR systems users, review transactions in Workday and UKG, and maintain the accuracy of employee data.

You will handle phone and email support, answer questions about hiring, compensation, timecards and schedules, and help create helpful documentation for users.

This role includes onboarding, data changes, and ensuring data integrity, with some travel and the chance to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; administrative support experience preferred.
• Experience in HR is preferred.
• Working knowledge of data maintenance concepts is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Phone and email user support for Workday and LS Time applications, handling hiring, compensation, timecards, and data requests.
• Process employee data in HR applications with accuracy for onboarding, changes, promotions, and terminations; review tasks for accuracy before finalizing in the system.
• Maintain knowledge of all HR technology modules to support Workday and UKG; identify improvement opportunities and assist with HRIS projects.
