The role supports store personnel with timekeeping and assists with manager bonus cycles.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years payroll processing experience, proficiency in Workday, Kronos, and ADP, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years payroll processing experience is required.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), and Microsoft Word preferred. Proficiency in Excel preferred.
• Accurate 10‑key proficiency with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process wage attachments such as garnishments, child support, tax levies, and other wage attachments in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Serve as primary contact for wage attachment inquiries and provide guidance on garnishment calculations and compliance.
• Process daily final paychecks and pay period adjustments; manage Manager Bonus cycle monthly.
• Perform payroll cycle adjustments and corrections; validate data with HR and Timekeeping teams.
• Support store personnel with timekeeping system use and respond to inquiries professionally.
