Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Analyst - HRIS to drive strategy and optimization of HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and actionable workforce insights. You will design dashboards, reports and data models, collaborating with HR, IT, Payroll and business stakeholders to support system integrations, upgrades, testing, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS or Engineering preferred.
• 5 years of direct HR experience required.
• 3–5 years direct HRIS experience with Oracle HCM Cloud preferred.
• 3–5 years SQL on Oracle database experience required.
• 3–5 years data analytics experience required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business, HR leadership, process owners and vendors for HRIS needs.
• Mentor stakeholders through SDLC and support new functionality.
• Provide technical, operational, and training support for HRIS users.
