Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of experience in HR/IT.
• At least 5 years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud: US Payroll or equivalent HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration, development support and functional leadership for HRIS (Payroll & Payroll Tax).
• Lead projects to evaluate automation feasibility and potential.
• Guide day-to-day service for HR Technology's clients, including meetings, issues and enhancements.
• Extract and compile information using reports or build custom reports.
• Coordinate and perform functional integration testing across applications.
