Job summary

CSC in Wilmington, Delaware, USA is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud specialist to join a global team delivering solutions and enhancements to HR processes and integrations.

You will partner with stakeholders to design, build, and deploy features, ensuring production readiness and scalable solutions. The role emphasizes reporting, analytics, and secure, compliant data handling within the HCM cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Oracle HCM Cloud or integration experience.
• Experience supporting or implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Recruiting, etc).
• Hands-on with HCM tools: HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC, Fast Formulas, Workflows, Alerts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud to provide solutions and enhance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design features.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Oracle development for escalations and resolutions.
• Develop Proof-of-Concepts to validate new architectures.
