University of Colorado System Administration seeks an experienced HRIS Program Manager to lead PeopleSoft HCM initiatives across the system, partnering with campus HR offices and UIS. You will own HCM/HRIS processes, drive improvements, and oversee data quality and reporting.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, system configuration governance, and expertise in HR policies and payroll rules.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years' experience in a FA/BA role with PeopleSoft HCM and SQL experience.
• Experience with data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with system and end user testing, including issue analysis, documentation, and resolution.

Mansioni

• HRIS ownership and leadership for PeopleSoft HCM across modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, HR/GL).
• Lead HRIS projects through requirements, design, testing, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain integrations between HCM and other HR systems; ensure cross-module alignment.
