Job summary

CU Boulder invites applications for an HR IT Program Manager. This role leads the HRIT program, reports to the HR IT Director, and oversees strategy, administration, and operations for HR technology services, data analytics, reporting, and application support.

You will manage an enterprise HR applications portfolio, supervise the HR technology team, and partner with HR Centers of Excellence, OIT, vendors, and campus partners to deliver technology solutions and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise HR technology programs and initiatives.
• Strong governance and project management skills with ability to deliver results.
• Ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and campus partners to implement technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance, and continuous improvement of HR technology programs and services.
• Develop and manage HRIT application stack roadmaps and project portfolios.
• Oversee configuration management, security, reporting capabilities, and user access across HR applications.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with HR leadership, OIT, vendors, and campus partners.
• Lead vendor relationships and service-improvement initiatives; address customer concerns.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through technology and automation.
• Manage technology projects including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and communications.
• Ensure HR technology solutions align with organizational goals and compliance.
