Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries in St. Louis, MO, seeks an experienced HRIS Lead to manage SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro/WFM and lead system improvements. You will drive upgrades, configure modules, and oversee data governance on a 100% on-site, salaried basis.

The role requires hands-on administration, strong collaboration with vendors and staff, and a commitment to protecting sensitive employee data while aligning HRIS with agency objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, or related field (or combined edu/experience).
• Hands-on admin experience with HRIS/WFM platforms like UKG Pro or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with system configuration, security, and access in production.
• Experience with HRIS implementations and enhancements.
• Experience working with HRIS vendors/partners.
• Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences across org levels.
• Strong documentation/written communication skills (support guides, tickets).
• Team player with collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong commitment to data privacy and discretion for employee data.
• Adherence to policies, data privacy regulations, and best practices.
• Integrity in working with system access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead system enhancements, configuration, and platform upgrades across SuccessFactors and UKG.
• Manage internal employee support ticketing with timely resolutions.
• Coordinate third-party ticketing with external vendors and ensure accountability.
• Help execute the HRIS roadmap; evaluate requests and prioritize builds.
• Configure/test enhancements while maintaining system settings/workflows.
• Create/maintain process docs, guides, and SOPs.
• Validate data through audits to protect integrity and accuracy.
• Supervise HRIS team members; set ticket handling and documentation standards.
• Assess impact of changes on end users and recommend optimizations.
• Create/maintain reports and summaries; understand cross-module flows.
• Ensure compliance with data security/privacy and org policies.
