Job summary

University of Utah is seeking an HRIS Analyst to assist with administration, maintenance, and support of HRIS and related systems, ensuring accuracy of employee, job, payroll, benefits, and organizational data.

You will run queries, fix data discrepancies, manage ePAF processing, affiliate IDs, and maintain PeopleSoft department data, while collaborating with departments and institutional partners under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data integrity is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Run data audits and correct discrepancies across HR systems.
• Manage manual ePAF processing and associated data changes.
• Maintain PeopleSoft department data and affiliate IDs.
• Create and review HRIS queries and payroll-related processes.
• Support HRIS application maintenance and documentation.
• Communicate with departments to resolve data issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
