Medisca Pharmaceutique Inc is seeking a People Operations Systems Analyst to lead HRIS administration and optimize People & Culture workflows. Reporting to the Director, HRIS & Total Rewards, you will act as the system SME and drive global implementations.

The role partners with HR, Finance, and leaders to improve data accuracy, dashboards, and analytics. Requires 5–8+ years HRIS experience and hands-on work with Workday, UKG, Dayforce, or SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, information systems or related field.
• 5–8+ years of HRIS administration or systems analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Experience with HRIS implementation and process improvement projects.
• Strong Excel and HR reporting/BI skills.
• Experience with mapping and documentation tools (Visio/Lucidchart).
• Detail-oriented with high data management accuracy.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and user experience.
• Act as SME for HRIS functionality, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Lead global HRIS implementations and harmonization across regions.
• Manage HRIS upgrades and end-to-end projects from requirements to go-live.
• Configure workflows and integrations between HRIS and other platforms.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data integrity through governance and audits.
• Train end-users on HRIS tools and new workflows.
