Job summary

Superior is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and accurate reporting while partnering with HR and IT teams.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, this full-time role focuses on system data, workflows, upgrades, and analytics to support a growing construction workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of HRIS experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with HRIS reporting; Power BI a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security
• Serve as a primary point of contact for HRIS troubleshooting, system updates, and issue resolution
• Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS, including hires, terminations, changes, transfers, promotions, and leaves
• Review and resolve data discrepancies to maintain accurate records and reporting
• Configure HRIS functionality across onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management
• Generate, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and reports to support business decisions
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Learning and Talent Development, and Payroll teams to improve integrations and workflows
• Develop and deliver HRIS training and resources for effective system use
• Support compliance through accurate recordkeeping and data audits
• Identify and implement system enhancements to support a growing workforce
• Support HRIS upgrades, testing, and implementation with minimal disruption
• Stay current on HR tech trends and recommend efficiency improvements
