Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking an HRIS Analyst to ensure efficient operation of our HRIS platform across HR, payroll, and benefits. You will configure workflows, generate reports, and support ongoing system enhancements in collaboration with IT and HR stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data integrity, regulatory reporting, and user support, with supervision as needed. A 1–2 year HRIS background and Dayforce familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in IT, HR, business administration, or related field.
• Requires 1–2 years of HRIS technical experience.
• Dayforce technical experience preferred; nonprofit/human services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy HRIS changes with HR, payroll and vendors to meet business needs.
• Administer and maintain HRIS configurations, workflows, and reports.
• Develop procedures for HRIS operations and support help desk requests.
• Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll, benefits and integrations.
• Perform security reviews and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
