Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, information systems, analytics, or related field.
Experience in HR technology, HRIS, process improvement, or product delivery.
Ability to frame ambiguous problems and communicate technical concepts in business language.
Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional decisions and manage multiple priorities.
Experience maintaining or reporting on a backlog, roadmap, or project pipeline.

Responsibilities

Lead intake, prioritization, portfolio, and roadmap management for HR technology enhancements and initiatives.
Clarify requests, outcomes, urgency, risks, dependencies, and ownership before work enters the portfolio.
Document current/future state processes, requirements, and acceptance criteria; ensure readiness.
Coordinate analysis, testing, and release readiness across HR, IT, Finance, and vendors.
Build partnerships, facilitate discovery sessions, and contribute reusable tools and templates.
