Job summary

Telnet, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Systems Analyst in Tulsa to lead Workday integrations and HR technology initiatives.

You will liaise between HR/HRIS stakeholders and technical teams, manage the HR Apps backlog, and drive automated solutions using Power Platform and AI tools. You will monitor Workday integrations with outside vendors, coordinate change requests, and ensure compliance with audit controls.

Qualifications

5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with HR tech experience (HRIS/HCM).
Hands-on Workday experience including integrations, processes, reporting or security.
Experience building apps or automated workflows with low-code platforms (Power Apps/Power Automate).
Experience using AI tools to improve business processes.
Familiarity with ITIL change management and audit/SOX controls.

Responsibilities

Act as a business analyst for HR applications, with Workday as the main system, connecting HR/HRIS partners with technical teams.
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve Workday integrations to outside vendors (PGP transfers, SFTP).
Coordinate updates, tests and back-end changes with vendors and HRIS teams.
Manage HR Apps backlog in Azure DevOps: gather requirements, write user stories, set priorities, track work to completion.
Prepare and submit change requests for weekly and major releases; coordinate validation with HRIS.
Support vendor work: review statements of work, track deliverables, assist with PO and budget tracking.
Handle access and onboarding tasks for project resources, and act as backup for HR application admin duties.
