Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or HR Operations with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of laws and compliance for compensation, benefits, retirement programs, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Total Rewards and HR Operations strategy aligned with org objectives.
• Lead Total Rewards and HR Operations functions to ensure service delivery and cost effectiveness.
• Design and optimize compensation, retirement, health, welfare, and executive reward programs.
• Oversee HRIS governance, data management, processes, reporting, and lifecycle administration.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to support strategy and compliance.
