Tucson Electric Power is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partnership to lead a team of HRBPs delivering enterprise-aligned HR support across business areas. You will strengthen leader capability, advise on workforce strategies, and collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to ensure consistent, high-quality services.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, using workforce data to diagnose issues, and guiding HRBP delivery within a unified HR ecosystem across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP background.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing HR professionals.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, NLRA, FLSA).

Responsibilities

• Builds trust-based relationships with senior leaders to understand priorities and workforce needs.
• Guides HRBPs in using workforce data to diagnose talent challenges and propose enterprise HR solutions.
• Coaches leaders and aligns HR programs with enterprise standards and policies.
• Leads HRBP team and collaborates with Centers of Expertise and Solutions Center.
