Job summary

Frazer Jones is seeking an experienced HR transformation specialist to design and optimize HR processes for complex organizations in New York. You will partner with HR, technology, and implementation teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions and validate configurations.

Lead workshops, user validation, training, and change readiness, while championing best practices and AI-enabled improvements to HR operations.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of employee lifecycle and end-to-end HR operations.
