The ideal candidate has deep technical credibility, mastery of integrations, APIs, data flows, and system reliability, and can challenge technical teams while translating technology into tangible business outcomes. Orlando-based environment preferred with enterprise-scale initiatives.

We are partnering with an enterprise organization to identify a senior HR Technology leader who can bridge the gap between HR, IT, and enterprise architecture.

This isn't a traditional HRIS leadership role.

We're looking for someone who has built credibility through deep technical experience before moving into leadership, someone who understands integrations, enterprise architecture, data flows, APIs, system reliability, and HR platforms well enough to challenge technical teams while still translating complex technology into business outcomes.

The right person has likely:
