Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes, based in Reston, VA, is hiring an HRIS & People Analytics Specialist. You will maintain the Dayforce HRIS, develop workforce analytics, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leaders.

You will design surveys, build dashboards, and partner with teams to improve organizational effectiveness while ensuring data integrity and system optimization. The role requires 3–5 years of HRIS/analytics experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting HRIS, reporting, analytics, or HR technology.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, formulas.
• Experience with workforce analytics and HR data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting.
• Analyze workforce data trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate data into executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Design and analyze employee surveys and listening programs to drive action.
• Define reporting needs with business leaders and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support staffing models and workforce planning with visibility into headcount needs.
• Maintain data integrity and governance for reliable reporting.
• Support HRIS administration and system improvements for Dayforce.
