Job summary

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will administer HRIS configurations, run end-to-end payroll, maintain documentation, ensure confidentiality, and assist with vendor discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 2+ years in HR generalist or HR specialist role with HRIS/payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and licensing/compliance requirements.
• Experience administering HRIS and payroll systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• This is an in-office position located at West Des Moines, IA Home Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer the HRIS, including configuration, security, data integrity, and integrations.
• Run payroll processing end-to-end each pay cycle.
• Own license, DEA, and credential tracking in the HRIS, including expiration follow-through.
• Support vendor and contract discussions with the Director of HR and HR Managers.
• Follow company policies and maintain employee confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in HRIS and payroll systems.
