Job summary

PrudentRx is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR compliance. You will also handle people data reporting, filing, and act as the systems administrator for HR platforms.

The role requires expertise in HRIS, data analytics, and benefits administration, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a fully remote role with strong emphasis on compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR operations or similar role performing payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong, substantive HRIS experience as a sysadmin or super user.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy in handling sensitive information.
• Formidable Excel skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll administration for all team members and coordinate with payroll vendor and Accounting.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, reporting, and vendor communications.
• Maintain HRIS and people systems, including performance management and compensation.
• Perform compensation administration, pay equity analysis and related systems.
• Prepare HR state and government filings and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support leaves management, ATS administration, and recruiting systems as needed.
• Collaborate with the Director on HR initiatives and projects.
• Ensure HR data integrity and confidentiality across processes.
