Job summary

Melita Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist to hands-on configure HRIS, perform data migrations, and test payroll and benefits for new client onboardings on our platform.

You will report to the Head of Implementations and work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Service Delivery, Product, and Finance to ensure what was sold is delivered. This role emphasizes practical problem solving, multi-state payroll, and helping scale processes with AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS implementation across major platforms (ADP WFNow, Paylocity, Rippling).
• Experience with payroll processing, multi-state tax setup, and YTD balancing.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end implementations with multi-workstream projects.
• Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute new client onboardings across HR administration, payroll, benefits, and leave of absence services.
• Contribute to time-to-live, go-live client satisfaction, and smooth handoff to Service Delivery.
• Develop and maintain the implementation project plan and track milestones across workstreams.
• Configure HRIS, perform data migrations, and stand up data interfaces with the Technology team.
