Qualifications

• Analytical, detail-oriented and collaborative HR professional with data accuracy focus.
• Experience in HRIS administration, analytics, or related field.
• Workday Pro certification and HR certification within specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support HRIS applications, workflows, security, and business processes.
• Develop, analyze, and distribute HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• Ensure employee data accuracy through audits, validation, and quality control activities.
• Support regulatory reporting, compliance and accreditation activities.
• Provide system support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation for HRIS users.
• Participate in or lead system implementations, upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and leaders to implement technology solutions.
