Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate and maintain data and other transaction inputs.
• Gather forms and track status; enter transactions in PeopleSoft and service request tool.
• Retrieve, index and review scanned documents and forms.
• Provide customer service by analyzing inquiries and seeking resolution.
• Collaborate across teams to document and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Support cyclical processing and period-end activities.
• Complete assignments as delegated by supervisor and comply with policies.
• Develop operating procedures and training materials as needed.
• Understand how responsibilities fit into long-term strategies and monitor progress.
• Maintain knowledge and participate in training to develop skills.
