Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree.
• Valid Driver's license and able to travel to Delaware as required.
• Interest in HR technology, learning and development, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS initiatives focused on learning and development through technology.
• Assist with Oracle Learning initiative configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Analyze requirements and user feedback to improve learning administration.
• Develop training materials and end-user documentation to support system adoption.
