Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in related fields.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass Mountaire Motor Vehicle Record check.
Interest in HR technology, learning & development, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Support Oracle Learning initiative through system configuration, testing, validation, and documentation.
Analyze business requirements and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve learning administration and employee experience.
Assist in creating training materials, job aids, and end-user documentation to support system adoption.
Contribute to HRIS process improvement initiatives for data accuracy, system efficiency, and user experience.
Gain exposure to enterprise HR technology and learning management systems while supporting Mountaire’s talent development strategy.
