Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; junior or senior preferred.
• GPA 3.5+ strongly preferred.
• Previous office, administrative, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• May 24, 2027 start date.

Responsibilities

• Support HR activities across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, and Data Management.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving HR resources, processes, and tools.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decisions and improvements.
• Engage in HR projects and collaborate with leaders and Members across Johnsonville.
