SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Director of HRIS to provide strategic leadership of the HR technology ecosystem, including Workday HCM. The role emphasizes governance, data integrity, analytics, and digital transformation to support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning & Development, and Recruiting to optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, and drive system enhancements across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive Workday HCM experience including configuration, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of HR technology strategy, governance, and process improvement.
• Proven ability to lead HRIS architecture, system optimization, and multi-state implementations.
