Job summary

Eisenhower Health is seeking an experienced HRIS leader to oversee the strategy, implementation and ongoing support of HRIS systems. You will ensure accuracy, data integrity and regulatory compliance across HR platforms.

Collaborating with IT and HR partners, you will mentor staff, drive process improvements and deliver reliable reporting, including ACA-related activities with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Eight years HRIS experience required.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Healthcare HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and policies and resolves questions or concerns.
• Manages testing, implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems.
• Identifies and implements changes to improve HR processes.
• Collaborates with IS for development and support of HRIS applications.
• Documents and leads HRIS projects.
