Job summary

Foley Equipment seeks an HRIS Administrator to lead the configuration, security, data integrity, and reporting of the HCM system and related HR technologies. You will support implementation activities, testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing administration.

You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and leaders to ensure HR technology supports business needs and employee experience, with emphasis on continuous improvement and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR systems, HR operations, data management, or system administration experience.
• HRIS platform experience; Workday experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the HCM and related HR systems, managing configuration, workflows, security roles, and user access.
• Provide day-to-day HRIS support, troubleshooting system, data, integration, access, and reporting issues.
• Validate system functionality, workflows, reports, and user access for accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain HRIS documentation, procedures, user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and consultants to align system solutions with business needs.
