Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
• Identifies, analyzes and implements changes to current processes to improve operations of HR functions.
• Collaborates with IS in the development, implementation, maintenance and support of HRIS applications.
• Documents and leads systems related projects within HR.
• Oversees all data files and data feeds ensuring the timely submission, integrity and accuracy in partnership with vendors and internal entities.
• Performs necessary audits and ensures data integrity associated with the HRIS.
• Troubleshoots and resolves application errors and other system issues.
• Designs and builds reports as requested.
• Provides training on systems for internal HR staff.
• Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates performance of HRIS staff.
• Leads system-related projects and implementations ie, ACA reporting with Equifax.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• All Microsoft applications including advanced skills in Excel
• Managerial experience
• Project management for directing and implementing business processes
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and report writing
• Ability to mentor, supervise and evaluate team members work.
