Job summary

Foley Industries, a leading provider of industrial equipment services, seeks an HRIS Administrator to own the HCM system configuration, security, data integrity, and reporting. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to optimize HR technology and employee experience.

The role involves system implementation support, testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing administration, enhancements, and analytics to drive workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS/related field or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience supporting HR systems/HR operations/data management.
• Workday experience strongly preferred; testing, data validation, reporting, and issue resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the HCM system and related HR technologies.
• Provide day-to-day HRIS support, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Maintain HRIS documentation, training materials, and security governance.
• Coordinate implementation activities, configurations, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems and generate analytics.
