Job summary

Eagleville Hospital is seeking an HR Systems, Reporting, and Analytics Specialist to optimize the HR system of record, translate raw data into actionable insights, and build dashboards and automated reports to drive strategic workforce decisions.

You will partner with IT and external vendors to implement new capabilities, ensure data integrity and governance, develop standard and ad-hoc reports, and present data-driven findings to Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in HRIS, analytics, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into reportable metrics and spot anomalies.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• System maintenance and administration of the HR system; configure modules and integrations.
• Data governance and privacy compliance; audit data access and limit access based on business need.
• Design and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and KPI dashboards for Senior Leadership.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities and inform business decisions.
• Manage company surveys and present outputs to Senior Leadership.
