Job summary

Safran USA invites an interested student to join its HRIS team for a 12-18 month internship. You will gain hands-on experience across HR technology, reporting, testing, training and knowledge management within a global organization.

You'll work under the HRIS Manager, supporting SAP SuccessFactors, ADP and other HR tools, participate in system upgrades, data analysis and change management, with potential travel in the DFW area.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, MIS, HR or related field.
• Interest in HR Technology, Digital Transformation, Business Systems or Process Improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting HRIS operational activities and user requests across multiple HR systems.
• Assisting with system testing, validation, enhancements and process improvements.
• Creating and maintaining training materials, SOPs, job aids and knowledge articles.
• Supporting change management and communication initiatives related to HR systems.
• Participating in HR digital transformation projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
• Assisting with reporting, dashboards, data analysis and data quality reviews.
• Supporting SharePoint sites and knowledge repositories.
• Preparing presentations, project documentation, status updates and meeting materials.
• Collaborating with HR stakeholders, managers and external vendors as needed.
• Participating in workshops and process-mapping sessions.
• Contributing to initiatives that improve employee experience and HR service delivery.
