Job summary

SAP is seeking an intern for the People & Culture team to support HR business partners across the Global Engineering & Technology units. The role combines project work, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement in a global, matrixed environment.

The internship offers mentorship, structured development, and exposure to executive-level HR strategy while working in a hybrid format (onsite three days a week in Newtown Square, PA, EST/PST time zones).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools and data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist P&C BPs with SAP People Agenda and E&T transformation projects.
• Gather data, manage ad-hoc requests, and support presentations for leaders.
• Own end-to-end projects and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Produce high-quality communications and insights using internal SAP tools.
