Dell Technologies is seeking an Undergraduate HR Intern in Round Rock, Texas, combining data, technology, and people insights to influence HR strategy. You’ll work on high‑impact projects, build your network, and gain hands‑on experience shaping people programs across the organization.

You’ll develop foundational HR skills, apply data analysis and storytelling to HR decisions, and explore AI tools like Copilot and Claude while collaborating across teams and learning from mentors and leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree with strong interest in HR analytics.
• Data literacy and Excel proficiency required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key HR priorities related to your project(s), working both individually and collaboratively to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Apply data analysis and storytelling to surface workflow insights and inform HR decisions.
• Participate in human‑centered design thinking to improve employee experience.
• Explore and orchestrate AI tools (CoPilot, Claude) to HR workflows and think critically about where they help, where they fall short, and how to verify outputs ethically.
• Build strategic partnerships across the business, applying change management and market awareness to influence and drive results.
• Present recommendations, data‑driven insights, and results to HR leaders, incorporating stakeholder feedback and business context.
• Actively participate in learning and development sessions, mentorship, and professional networking throughout the summer.
