Springs Window Fashions is seeking a detail-oriented HR Intern for Summer 2027 to support HR operations with a focus on HRIS management and benefits administration. This internship provides hands-on experience in data management, compliance, and HR processes within a collaborative team.

The role is ideal for students in their 3rd or 4th year pursuing a career in Human Resources, offering exposure to reports, training materials, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree in HR, business administration, information systems, or related field.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP) is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Create data governance and data audits to ensure HRIS data accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
• Generate reports and dashboards from HRIS for internal stakeholders.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HRIS issues.
• Document HR processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and HR regulations.
