Job summary

Lennox is seeking an SAP/UKG HR Technology Intern to support SAP HR and UKG Workforce Management systems, validate data, and help with testing and integrations. You’ll gain exposure to enterprise HR technology in a fast-paced environment.

Successful interns may transition to full-time roles after graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required; compensation includes relocation support. This is an on-site internship in Richardson, TX.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support HR systems like SAP HR and UKG Workforce Management.
• Assist with testing, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Analyze HR data and assist with reporting and data quality.
• Help with system integrations and project coordination.
