Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead a team that administers SAP SuccessFactors and optimizes the HR technology stack. You will drive data integrity, governance, and project delivery to support workforce needs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in progressive HCM systems experience; SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• 2+ years of team management experience in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring stability and usability.
• Provide governance for system configuration, testing, releases, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain HRIS standards, documentation, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance to identify tech solutions for HR processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions.
• Ensure accurate, reliable HR data to support reporting and decision making.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, controls, and standardized processes.
• Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology trends aligned to FlightSafety goals.
• Develop and execute an HRIS roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Build technical and functional expertise within the HRIS team.
