You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR COEs, and Technology to implement scalable system solutions. The role requires hands-on HR technology experience, strong business analysis, and a collaborative mindset to advance NYL’s digital recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of HRIS/HR Tech experience, preferably in recruiting/onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding configurations and maintenance.
• Assist Eightfold Talent Acquisition platform integrations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR COEs to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Configure, test, and implement enhancements and fixes within governance processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Technology teams and vendors.
• Support releases, upgrades, and testing for SuccessFactors and Eightfold.
